Complete 2 minutes of Jump Rope followed by 30 seconds of the specified movement. Complete all 4 rounds, resting 30 seconds between each round. For the Jump Rope Intervals you can do Single Jumps, Double Unders, or any movement you choose. Exercise demonstration videos are below.
