Workout Description
This McFit Method Workout is a 8 Minute Kettlebell Workout.
It is in the Tabata format, which is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest.
You will continue this for 8 cycles, and then repeat for 2 rounds.
Kettlebell Swings – 20 Seconds
Rest 10 Seconds
Kettlebell Lunges Right Arm – 20 Seconds
Rest 10 Seconds
Kettlebell Thrusters – 20 Seconds
Rest 10 Seconds
Kettlebell Lunges Left Arm – 20 Seconds
Rest 10 Seconds
Kettlebell Snatch Right Arm – 20 Seconds
Rest 10 Seconds
Kettlebell Squats – 20 Seconds
Rest 10 Seconds
Kettlebell Lunges Left Arm – 20 Seconds
Rest 10 Seconds
Kettlebell Deadlift – 20 Seconds
Rest 10 Seconds
Repeat for 2 Rounds
