Workout Description

Do this 9 Minute Ab and Core workout a few times a week for Six Pack Abs after 40.

Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
There are 6 movements in each round, and you will repeat for a total of 3 rounds. This is a 9 minute workout:

Weighted Russian Twists = 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
Weighted Drag Through = 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
Weighted Sit Up Shoulder Press = 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
Weighted Side Planks = 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
Weighted V Up Pulses = 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
Weighted Alternating Squat Press= 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
