Included In Your Training Plan

Consultation and Goal Assessment

We will begin your new training plan with an initial video consultation. During this call we will evaluate your current fitness level, discuss your personal goals, and address any concerns or limitations you may have.

The more information I have about your specific lifestyle, daily schedule, level of fitness, and priorities, the better I can customize a specific plan for you to achieve your goals in the shortest time possible.

Video Calls and Weekly Check-Ins

Each week I will check in with you to assess your progress, modify your routine if necessary, and answer any questions that you may have.

We will also connect every month through live video calls to continue building the best plan for you based on your progress. You can also text me or message me through the fitness portal 24/7.

Customized Daily Workouts

Each week I will provide you with a custom 5 day workout plan. The 3 goals of these weekly workouts are strength training, conditioning, and fat loss. Your daily workouts will be designed based on your fitness level, progress, and availability of equipment.

You will receive online access to your custom fitness portal to view each daily workout and video demonstrations of all the movements.

Customized Daily Meal Plan

The most critical part of any health and fitness plan is proper nutrition. In addition to your daily workouts and one-on-one sessions with me, you will also receive a daily meal plan.

This daily meal plan will include recommendations, shopping lists, and recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily snacks.

Access to All Training Programs

In addition to your daily custom workouts, you will also gain lifetime access to all my online training programs. This includes JRF Shred, JRF Strength, JRF Abs, Garage Gym Warrior, The 12 Week Jump Rope Challenge, and McFit365.

That’s over 2 years worth of additional daily workouts to help keep you fit and healthy for the rest of your life.

Supplement Recommendations

As we age, it becomes more and more difficult to maintain muscle mass and reduce body fat. We can become deficient in several critical and beneficial vitamins and nutrients.

I’ve Been Where You Are Now, and I Have the Solution...

As a teenager and young man, I was always the “Fit Guy”. I was involved in sports and very active. I never had to worry about my weight.

However, after graduating college I was so focused on work, my family, and my career, that fitness was no longer a priority.

Throughout my late-twenties and even into my thirties I had added almost 50 pounds of unhealthy weight. Because of the long hours I was putting in at work, I struggled with exercise and proper nutrition, so I just gave up.

Until one day I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the man in front of me. What the Hell had happened?! I was no longer the fit, healthy, and athletic person I had always been. I was ashamed of the person I had become.

That’s when I new it was time for a change. I committed myself to getting back into shape. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. I still had life obligations and responsibilities that required consistent time and attention.

But I was able to figure it out, and develop a proven plan for success that I could continue with consistent results for the rest of my life. I am now happy to share this plan with you!
