Frequently Asked Questions

What Equipment Will I Need?

Most of the workouts require just a few dumbbells, a jump rope, a bench or box, and a pull bar or band. If there is ever a workout that requires equipment that you do not have, please email me and I will provide modifications.

How Long Are The Workouts?

The daily McFit365 workouts range from 15-25 minutes each. The workouts in the Garage Gym Warrior and Jump Rope Fit training programs are 30-45 minutes each.

How Do I Access The Daily Workouts?

Every Sunday I will email you the daily workouts. You can then login to the secure workout portal from any computer or mobile device to access all the workout videos for the week.
