Workout Description
Today’s McFit Method workout is a bodyweight only ab workout guaranteed to get you a strong core and six pack abs in less than 10 minutes.
You will perform each movement for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for 3 Rounds.

REST = 10 Seconds
MT CLIMBERS = 20 Seconds
REST = 10 Seconds
BICYCLE CRUNCHES = 20 Seconds
REST = 10 Seconds
HIGH LOW PLANK = 20 Seconds
REST = 10 Seconds
SIT UPS = 20 Seconds
REST = 10 Seconds
ALTERNATING SUPERMANS = 20 Seconds
