Workout Description
Bodyweight Wednesday Workout 1
Perform each of the 4 movement for 30 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds.
Repeat 3 rounds of this sequence for a total workout time of 9 minutes.
Walking Push Ups = 30 Seconds
Rest = 15 Seconds
Plyo Lunge Squats= 30 Seconds
Rest = 15 Seconds
Side Plank Push Ups = 30 Seconds
Rest = 15 Seconds
Sit Ups = 30 Seconds
Rest = 15 Seconds
REPEAT FOR 3 ROUNDS
