Build Muscle Without “Bulking” – Stay Shredded Year Round
Workout Description
Like all my McFit Method workouts, this workout of the day focuses on how to Build Muscle without “Bulking”. You can still increase your muscle mass while getting shredded year round.
This is an EMOM workout, which is Every Minute On the Minute. You will change exercises every minute, performing a specific set of reps within each minute. Then resting for any remaining time in each minute.
MINUTE 1: 18 Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerks
MINUTE 2: 16 In & Out Push Ups
MINUTE 3: 12 Lunge – Lunge – Squat
Repeat 3 Times for 9 Minutes
