This is TABATA workout. So you will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. You will perform 4 exercises and then repeat them for 4 rounds.
This total body workout is 8 minutes
Jump Rope = 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
Alternating Dumbbell Snatch = 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
V-Ups = 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
Pull Ups = 20 Seconds
Rest = 10 Seconds
REPEAT FOR 4 ROUNDS
