This McFit Method Workout of the Day is a 9 minute Bodyweight only calorie burner.
We will perform 4 exercises for 30 seconds each, resting for 15 seconds between exercises. We will then repeat this for 3 rounds.
1-2-3 SHUTTLES – 30 Seconds
REST = 15 Seconds
PUSH UP LUNGES – 30 Seconds
REST = 15 Seconds
SEATED IN & OUTS – 30 Seconds
REST = 15 Seconds
SQUATS – 30 Seconds
REST = 15 Seconds
REPEAT FOR 3 ROUNDS
