Jump Rope For Weight Loss Workout
Get ready to sweat with this Jump Rope for Weight Loss workout! This workout combines the conditioning and fat burning benefits of the jump rope with bodyweight push ups and ab shredding slam balls.
All you will need for the workout is a jump rope and a slam ball (I used 20lbs)
This is a full length follow along workout. So just grab your equipment, press play, and get started.
Workout Description
You will begin this workout with 1 minute of Jump Rope. Then you will complete 10 Push Ups and 10 Slams balls. That completes round 1. Each round begins with 1 minute of Jump Rope but the Push Ups and Slam Ball increase by 1 rep each round. Continue this until you complete 18 reps of each.
