12 Minute EMOM Workout 1
Workout Description
Today’s McFit Method workout is a 12 Minute EMOM workout.
EMOM is Every Minute On the Minute, so you will perform a specific amount of reps of an exercise every minute. You will rest for any remaining time that minute. Switch exercises each minute for a total of 12 minutes
Minute 1 = 7 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks (each arm)
Minute 2 = 18 Dumbbell Goblet Squats
Minute 3 = 12 Burpees Over Dumbbell
Repeat for 12 Minutes
